Nurturing Green Mindsets in Schools
Challenge:
Urban school children often remain disconnected from environmental issues and sustainable living practices due to
lack of experiential learning.
Opsis Intervention:
Opsis Foundation conducted environmental awareness and green entrepreneurship sessions in collaboration with schools and educational boards.

Activities included plantation drives, recycling projects, and sessions on waste-to-wealth entrepreneurship.
Outcome:
• 2,000+ schools across Delhi NCR participated.
• Students initiated over 500 eco-projects, including waste segregation and campus greening.
• Several schools integrated eco-club models permanently into their academic programs.
