Digital Education via OPSIS Skill Center

Challenge:
Many youth and adults in semi-urban and rural areas lacked access to digital literacy and vocational skills, limiting their employability and access to better-paying jobs.

Opsis Intervention:
Opsis Foundation established Opsis Skill Centers offering:
 • Basic and advanced computer courses.
 • Digital skills for office operations, billing, and online platforms.
 • Career counseling, resume-building workshops, and placement support.

Outcome:
 • 400+ individuals trained across skill centers in Uttar Pradesh and Tamil Nadu.
 • 80+ participants successfully placed in local businesses and IT-enabled services.
 • Trainees reported increased self-confidence in digital work and interviews.
