Yamuna Safari Abhiyan & Ganga Clean Mission

Challenge:
Rivers like Yamuna and Ganga suffer from pollution due to industrial discharge, sewage, and lack of public awareness, affecting ecology and livelihoods.

Opsis Intervention:
• Conducted river safaris and clean-up drives to engage communities.
• Collaborated with local volunteers, schools, and municipal authorities.
• Educated citizens on pollution prevention and water conservation.

Outcome:
• 5,000+ kg of waste removed from riverbanks.
• Awareness sessions reached 10,000+ individuals.
• Local communities started small-scale waste segregation and river protection initiatives.
